Maureen Aarons has been practicing dermatology in Raleigh since 1996 and has never stopped loving the long standing relationships developed. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, she earned her M.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She completed two three year residencies, in internal medicine and dermatology, at UNC-Chapel Hill and a two year research fellowship in immunodermatology at the University of Colorado in Denver. She and her husband, Alan, love their “empty nest”, now filled with two dogs and their three adult children, whenever they can be coaxed to visit Raleigh!
